Head dentist
The head dentist is the ‘clinical engine’ of the dental practice. He oversees the clinical quality of patient service and coaches the dental team.
The head dentist makes his or her own decisions (often in consultation with the practice team) regarding clinical issues, pricing, product choices, and treatment protocols. In addition, the head dentist also decides independently on recruitment, with the support of the service center.
The head dentists of the Dentius expertise network meet every three months to discuss the operational functioning of the group. Some head dentists are also part of our clinical council or intervene in other specific areas (training, etc.).
