Nutrition advice
Tooth erosion is caused by too much acidity in the mouth. Saliva has only a limited acid buffering capacity and needs at least an hour between meals to neutralize acid. So try to limit the consumption of acidic foods and drinks and only consume them with meals.
Soft drinks are carbon-laden drinks and are therefore very acidic, the combination with a lot of sugar makes them even more harmful to the teeth. The same goes for energy drinks and fruit juices.
Drink as much water as possible and limit your sugar intake.
