Choose a great work atmosphere in a modern environment
Our Dentius network currently consists of 70 multidisciplinary group practices spread across Belgium. You’re sure to find the perfect match in your region! Nearly all Dentius practices have one or more experienced mentors who are eager to invest in your training and share their expert tips and tricks from their own specializations.
We aim to house our practices in modern buildings with plenty of light and space, offering the necessary comfort to both patients and staff. In addition, we continuously invest in innovation, ensuring our practices are equipped with the latest techniques. For example, many practices are currently experimenting with Artificial Intelligence.
Lastly, fostering a positive work atmosphere is one of our top priorities. Each practice is led by a head dentist and a practice coordinator who are always ready to listen and actively work towards building a strong team dynamic. Additionally, team-building activities are organized multiple times a year, both within individual practices and across the network.

The internship program at Dentius
Expert support throughout your internship
The graduation internship is a unique opportunity for each student to further develop as a clinical professional. At Dentius, we have therefore developed a balanced internship program to best guide our interns. Three pillars are central here: ‘Dental’, ‘Care’ and ‘Management’.
The first focuses on the dental aspect, where we educate trainees clinically as much as possible. What begins with observation and assistance evolves gradually towards the independent execution of treatments and the making of one's own decisions. As a dental trainee, you can always indicate what you feel comfortable with; your internship means your pace Of course, your internship mentor guides you through this entire process, and you can turn to him or her at any time for advice.
In addition, the patient is also at the center of the internship process. At Dentius, we attach great importance to open and honest communication, both between colleagues and with the patient. As a trainee, you can therefore count on many tips on communicating with patients that you can immediately put into practice.
Finally, a third part of the internship program is devoted to management skills. In doing so, we give our trainees more information about running a dental practice, from a practical, administrative and managerial point of view.
Exchange experiences and learn from each other
During your internship, Dentius regularly organizes events. For example, a welcome event with lots of useful information at the start of the course and a graduation ceremony with a festive BBQ to conclude the internship. In the meantime, you are also regularly invited for feedback moments and fun activities. The perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow interns from other practices and to exchange experiences!
I really enjoyed my internship at Dentius. The good coaching of my internship supervisor not only concerned the dental part, I also had a lot of support with all the administrative aspects. There was a good balance between coaching during treatment and the opportunity to grow and make your own decisions.
