The prevention specialist of the dental clinic
Dental hygienists may be less known to the general public, but they are invaluable to Dentius. They have an important preventive and educational role : coaching our patients about good oral hygiene and helping them to develop good habits in order to keep their teeth and gums in perfect condition.
In addition to their advisory role, the varied range of tasks of our dental hygienists includes many other matters. For example, they are involved in the preventive part of the oral examination, removing tartar, taking medical imaging and making bleaching and protective braces.
This is always in consultation with the treating dentist(s), with whom the dental hygienist forms a close team and together strives for the best result for each patient.
Working in a Dentius group practice offers many advantages and possibilities. There is a wide variety of treatments and I get a lot of support from my colleagues. This means that I am still learning every day and that the work remains challenging. In addition to working on the chair, Dentius offers a pleasant environment and qualitative support behind the scenes. In short, I really enjoy working at Dentius!
