Learning objectives
In order to be able to provide the best possible care to our patients, the Dentius Academy aims to offer training to all our co-workers in the areas of clinical expertise, management skills and personal effectiveness. The training courses are open to all assistants, practice coordinators, hygienists, dentists and head dentists in the Dentius expertise network.
Clinical expertise
The Dentius Academy offers all dentists in the Dentius expertise network specialization training in a specific clinical areas.
For example, our dentists can follow an 8-day program spread over a period of 2 years to specialize in orthodontics.

Personal efficiency
The Dentius Academy offers training to develop certain skills and knowledge of its co-workers. Through, for example, training in communication with patients.
Another example is the Dentius BOOST Camp organized several times a year for all dental assistants and practice coordinators who are new to their job. After an intense week of immersion in the world of dentistry, participants return to their practices with new skills useful to the smooth running of their practice.

It was a very varied week, we covered many topics every day. It was beneficial to listen to experienced people transfer their knowledge to us, and to share our experiences with colleagues from other clinics.

Management training
The Dentius Academy offers all head dentists and practice coordinators in the Dentius expertise network the opportunity to follow the Management Track, an 8-day program spread over a period of 2 years. The focus is on the development of leadership skills and the exchange of experiences.
Most of the challenges I encounter in my dental clinic are also present in other clinics. The Management Track helps us find solutions so that we can better support our teams as head dentists.
