The practice coordinator is the central pivot in the practice. He or she is responsible for people policy (recruitment, planning, evaluation, etc.) and financial monitoring (payments, budgeting and reporting). The coordinator plays a leading role in the continuous improvement of quality and processes in the Dentius dental clinic.
Mobile practice coordinator
The mobile practice coordinator is an experienced coordinator who seeks variety and challenge in his/her job. He/She is welcomed with open arms in dental practices where the practice coordinator is temporarily absent.
