Practice coordinator
The practice coordinator is the central pivot in the practice. He or she is responsible for people policy (recruitment, planning, evaluation, etc.) and financial monitoring (payments, budgeting and reporting). The coordinator plays a leading role in the continuous improvement of quality and processes in the Dentius dental clinic.
Supporting other practices
To provide our experienced practice coordinators with the necessary variety and challenges, they can always express their wish to support multiple practices. For instance, we have practice coordinators who permanently work in two practices, as well as coordinators who have one permanent practice and step in at practices where the coordinator is temporarily absent. They are always warmly welcomed there.
