In a Dentius practice, we distinguish between reception, preparation and chairside assistance. Depending on the organization of the clinic, an assistant can combine several functions.
The reception assistant welcomes and guides patients, on the phone as well as in the practice. He or she also takes care of the administrative aspect (management of appointments, updating of files, invoicing, etc.).
The preparation assistant is responsible for the sterilization and the correct conservation of the material.
The chairside assistant works "with four hands", i.e. he or she prepares the treatment room, assists the dentist in the chair during the treatment and prepares the treatment room for the next patient.
