The winners have
been revealed!
In recent months, Dentius has organised the Dentist and Dental Hygienist Challenge, a first in Belgium. For more than two months, all (student) dentists and (student) dental hygienists in our country could participate in the online preliminary round, which consisted of a theoretical test of 15 clinical multiple-choice questions. After these pre-selections, the top five participants of each category were invited to the finals.
On Thursday 22 February, the day had come. After taking a short online test at home, the 20 finalists gathered with their supporters at the beautiful Pairi Daiza. On the programme was the live final where each of the contestants had to complete a practical test.
After thorough deliberation by the jury, the following contestants crowned themselves the winners of this edition:
- Dentist - professional: Liselot Niclaes
- Dentist - student: Femke Deckers
- Dental hygienist - professional: Laura Vereecken
- Dental hygienist - student: Madina Aliyeva
Congratulations again to all the winners, who went home with a city trip for 2 to Copenhagen, including a visit to the new Heka Dental factory. We look forward to seeing your holiday photos!
