All our procedures are guided by a single goal: the patient’s complete satisfaction and well-being throughout their dental care journey.
The dental clinic features 5 modern treatment rooms equipped with the latest technology. Special attention is given to impeccable hygiene through advanced sterilization equipment. The clinic has also adapted to the "COVID" context by incorporating surface disinfection machines and air purification systems. People with reduced mobility can be accommodated in ground-floor treatment rooms.

Our approach to patients, our vision of care
Convinced that the success of a treatment depends on at least 50% interpersonal skills and empathy, I trained in communication and hypnosis. I have developed a human approach to dentistry, which we practise at the centre.

I attach a great deal of importance to the patient's experience of care. It has to be as comfortable and soothing as possible. That's why I've replaced certain technical procedures with others that are more in line with this philosophy. For example, the use of a ‘pen’ for anaesthesia instead of the old methods.
Karim Istat Head dentist
Having practised dentistry for 23 years, I've seen the effectiveness of my approach and I'm keen to pass on this particular approach to modern dentistry. That's why, in 2021, I created the Dental Academy.

The continuity of a treatment is very important to me. I like the fact that it can be carried out from start to finish by the same practitioner and within the practice, to avoid outside contacts. Having a single person responsible for implementing the treatment plan saves our patients time (certain sessions can be combined), increases efficiency (fewer sessions and less coordination required with another practitioner) and consolidates responsibility, if possible, in the hands of a single practitioner.

Your first visit
During your first visit, we will assess your oral health and try to remedy the most urgent problems as much as possible. In case of more extensive problems, we will offer you a step-by-step treatment plan without any obligation on your part.
Anamnesis
In order to treat you as well as possible, it is important that we are aware of your health situation. Therefore, during the first visit we ask you to inform us about any medical problems and prescribed medication.
What to bring to the practice
We ask you to bring your identity card and, if relevant, a letter from the referring (dental) professional.
Paiement
You can choose to pay by cash or bancontact. However, for security reasons, we ask you to pay by card wherever possible.
Check up
We recommend that you have your teeth checked once or twice a year, as 90% of emergencies can be prevented if the patient maintains strict oral health. We offer you the possibility to receive a periodic reminder by e-mail.
Making an appointment
We make every effort to give both new and existing patients an appointment as soon as possible. If you wish, we send you a text message reminding you of your appointment 24 hours in advance.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can help another patient and you can be rescheduled at a more convenient time.
